As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, so too must our response with new information coming in by the hour. As your trusted transportation provider, AUTG remains committed to your safety along with our drivers and staff for both TaxiMKE and American MedTrans. AUTG also acknowledges that in these unusual times, business as usual won’t be enough to take proper care of our employees, our drivers and you our customers. It is important that AUTG maintain a safe and healthy work environment, while also providing customers with access to the vital rides and transportation services needed in these unprecedented times. AUTG is committed and has added additional vehicle cleaning and sanitation practices that is consistent with health experts’ advice as well as limiting close personal contact with people whenever possible to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Until further notice as a public transportation provider our company is still operating in normal fashion and we have asked that all staff report for normal scheduled shifts as long as they are in healthy working condition. If staff or drivers are feeling ill or cannot perform their job duties, AUTG has asked them to not report to work. AUTG has added additional resources to also have the vehicle’s receive additional detail services. At this time our company has limited access to our building to only employees and will distribute any additional information via email.
