As Hermann nears 100 years in business, one priority has stayed constant: safe roads start with dedicated people behind every wheel. At our recent driver safety meetings in New Jersey and Texas, we took time to recognize team members whose hard work and commitment stood out.
Held every spring and fall, these meetings are a key part of our ongoing training. They give drivers a chance to review best practices, refresh important habits, and stay sharp on the road. They also reflect how seriously we take safety across our operations.
In New Jersey, Durwin Moses was named Most Improved Driver, Mahith Horlu Patherage earned Outstanding New Employee, and Raymond Ligons received the High Achiever award. In Texas, Kendrick Hodge was named Most Improved Driver, Cameron Robertson earned Outstanding New Employee, and Oscar Luna received the High Achiever award.
Each award reflects the dedication, consistency, and care these drivers bring to work every day. Congratulations to our winners, and thank you to every Hermann driver who makes safety a priority on each route.
