Today was a reminder of **why** All Ways Accessible exists.

Most days, we are taking customers back and forth to doctor’s appointments and medical visits. That work matters deeply. But today, we had the honor of serving someone in a different way.

We picked up a paraplegic gentleman to take him to a family gathering. Out of respect for their privacy, I won’t mention names. We got him loaded, brought him to the house, and he went inside to spend time with loved ones.

When we returned later to pick him up, one of the family members came out and asked, “Can we have 10 more minutes?” Without thinking twice, I said, “No problem — make it 20 minutes, that will be fine.”

As I sat there, I couldn’t help but wonder: *When was the last time he got out of the house like this?* Not for a doctor, not for a treatment, but just to be with family, to laugh, to feel included.

To that family — thank you for trusting **All Ways Accessible** to be part of your day. You reminded us that our service isn’t just about transportation. It’s about dignity, connection, and helping people show up for the moments that truly matters.
