We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our warehouse operations. Floor it logistics is a family-owned and operated small business located in Moraine, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, shipping and customer service.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Develop and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
