Join us on Friday, August 15th, at Skylands Stadium for an exciting Battle of the Badges III Charity Softball Game, as the New Jersey State Police face off against the Pennsylvania State Police!
Enjoy an action-packed day as troopers showcase their skills on the field, all while supporting a meaningful cause. Bring your family and friends for a day filled with community spirit, camaraderie, and fun—this is one game you won't want to miss!
This year's game will help support the family of Sussex County Sheriff's Office Supervisory Public Safety Dispatcher Shannon Thonus, who passed away at the age of 31 after a courageous battle with stage 4 cancer. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Jim Thonus, a New Jersey State Trooper and member of the United States Marines, and their two young daughters. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Thonus family.
