When Frances, ( a school teacher) found it nearly impossible to pick up her dry cleaning due to her busy schedule, she thought, "I would gladly pay someone to pick it up for me." She appealed to her brother Raymond (audio/video technician) and other family members of the "Smartt Clan," and from their collective efforts, Smartt Services was born!
