We are currently seeking a FULL TIME DATA ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE to work with us.

The ideal candidate would have the following to meet our needs:
1.) Data entry skills. (THIS IS A MUST)
2.) Ability to multi task.
3.) Personal skills over the phone.
4.) Ability to read and manipulate Microsoft Spreadsheets and Outlook.

The position will primarily consist of entering orders and scheduling appointments. You will also be answering customer emails and phone calls and occasionally assisting a driver as well.

Hours will be Mon-Friday 7AM-3PM. Pay will start at $20 per hour.

Benefits will be available after a 90 day review.

Applicants with intermodal trucking experience will go to the top of the list for interviews. We would prefer to have someone who has knowledge of industry systems, IE: CSX websites for tracking and tracing, steamship line websites, industry customer portals.
