Yuba Bus- providing safe and eco-friendly transportation to the beautiful Yuba River. The South Yuba River State Park receives a reported 700,000 visitors annually. One of the most popular locations to visit is the Park’s Highway 49 crossing where visitor parking is extremely limited with only 34 legal parking spaces. Inspired by the opportunity to mitigate parking challenges and provide an eco-friendly transportation alternative, entrepreneurs Brett Dotson and Dave Preston have created Yuba Bus LLC. Yuba Bus intends to launch a shuttle service in mid-July through mid-October annually from Nevada City to the Highway 49 Bridge. Yuba Bus plans to operate Thursday to Sunday with six Nevada City pickups on the hour between 9:00 a.m. Pickups at the river will be on the half hour between 9:30 a.m. No pickups at 12:00 or 12:30.

$8 each way, $15 round trip. Seniors and kids under 16- $6 each way, $10 round trip. The river starts here.
