How to Handle Payment Issue with the Clients..

Sharing Few Tips with you how to settle your Payment issue with your Clients:-

1-Submit Freight Bills ASAP ( Once you got the Supporting Documents ie GR/ LR/POD).

2-Follow up with the Clients within 7 days after submission on your freight bills for any kind of discrepancy.

3-Follow up for the status of Bills process and Payment status within 15 days.

4-Try to visit within 10 days after submissions of freight bills to your clients, so that there will be a one to one conversation and you will able to understand clients preparation on paying your bills on time.

5-Make single POD/GR/LR single Bills for timely payment. This is very effective way to recover your maximum payment from your clients on time.

6-Try to submit freight bills fortnightly which will help you and your clients manage the cash flow.
