COMPANY'S METHOD AND RATE CALCULATION FORMULA:
Meter fare: The fare shall be three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) for the first one-eighth (1/8) mile or forty (40) seconds and twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each additional one-eighth (1/8) mile or forty (40) seconds. There shall be no additional charge for seeing-eye dogs or normal luggage such as suitcas-es, overnight bags, garment bags and attaché cases. A charge for the handling of other articles shall be agreed upon between the parties prior to the commencement of the trip. If the particular charges are not discussed prior to the trip, there shall be no additional charge to the passenger. An acceptance of any charges shall be agreed to between the parties prior the trip.
Preferably before loading the luggage in the trunk.
