Queens Medallion Leasing Queens Medallion is one of New York City’s largest and most reputable Taxi Medallion Leasing Compa Free parking is available on site for our customers.

Queens Medallion Leasing is owned and operated by Basil Messados who started the company in 1991, managing just nine NYC Taxis. A true testimony of a rags to riches story living the American dream, both men immigrated to the US from Greece with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. For years they each drove as NYC Taxi drivers learning the ins and outs of the taxi industry from the bottom up. With a dedicated work ethic and desire to achieve unparalleled success, the two aspiring entrepreneurs and long time friends formed the lucrative business partnership which exists today. Through the years, our company has profoundly grown and currently manages over 600 NYC Taxis and 1,500 drivers. As one of NYC’s largest and most reputable companies, we have long established the golden standard in medallion management for medallion owners and drivers alike. In addition, through our affiliates we provide an array of services such as medallion taxi insurance, medallion sales and medallion financing. At Queens Medallion Leasing we believe that doing business the right way is the only way. We constantly strive for excellence because mediocrity just isn’t an option. Our expertise in the taxi medallion industry is unmatched, and our professional, courteous and friendly staff routinely goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our customers. Whether you’re a driver or a medallion owner, you quickly come to realize that when you join our company you’re no longer just a customer, but an extended part of our family. Our state of the art facility once referred to as “Paradise In A Pit Stop For Cabbies” by the NY Times is conveniently located in the heart of Long Island City, Queens.
