Watch out for these new SCAM CALLS!
If you get a phone call from a number that you don't recognize.
The first line of defense is... "DON'T ANSWER IT! LET THEM LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE. A LEGIT CALLER WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE!
If you do answer a call from a number you don't know.
The scam goes like this. You'll pick up and say "Hello".
The Pre-recorded voice will say "Hello!". Then you'll usually say "Hello" back to them. The pre-recorded voice will again say "Hello".
And you may say "Hello" back, or "Who is this?" or something similar. Then the pre-recorded voice may say either... "Can you hear me?", or "Are you there!".
The minute you say "Yes!". The Scam call will hang up!
The SCAM IS... they got you to say "YES!"
They RECORDED YOU SAYING "YES!"
They will take your voice that they recorded you saying "YES!"
and edit that on audio software and put and fake promotion before your recorded voice saying "Yes!" and charge your phone an amount of money for their fake promotion! So, when you dispute the charge. The scammers have a manipulated conversation of them selling you something and you voice that they recorded agreeing to be charged money.
Again! your best line of defense is DON'T ANSWER CALL OF NUMBERS YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE! AND IF YOU DO DO NOT USE THE WORD "YES!"
WHEN I GET CALL FROM NUMBERS I DON'T RECOGNIZE I DON'T ANSWER.
One day as a test, I'd call the numbers back! None of the numbers were real!

Hello to all that have "Liked" Whipsbook.
This year Whipsbook is under new management and will be developing the Whipsbook page and Developing it's own Website. We are in the process of forming a Web Development Team. This is not going to be an easy process, but we feel that the time involved to put together a great team of people who will work for the long term will be better that just throwing up something that will be changing frequently. We know that you will be pleased.
