Must-haves-

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word.
Proficient with google spreadsheet, outlook
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual/Spanish
Citrix knowledge a plus
Responsibilities-

Answering all phone calls
Checking in All Drivers
Printing all BOL’s and paperwork for the drivers
Scanning all paperwork that the warehouse team hands in
Renaming all files
Emailing customers when the shipment has been either inbound or outbound.
