I am the fortunate one- a tribute to two legends. 
Meet Mr. Gene Haney and his horse “Tuff”, own son of the great Chic Please. Gene was born and raised on the Waggoner Ranch, in Vernon, TX and grew up a true west Texas cowboy and horseman who has done everything horseback since he was 4. Tuff has been his best pard these last 8 years, and today Tuff is on his way to the next chapter of his life. In true great cow horse style, it took a few minutes of playing cat and mouse with me, and some strategy, to catch him his last time as he trotted around in the snow, feeling frisky as a two year old c**t. 😉 There was not a dry eye in the barn as Gene and Deb said goodbye to his last horse. This generation is unlike any other.. I am proud I got to haul Tuff today, and as his owners waived their good byes from their beautiful Colorado barn, with tears in my eyes, I gave him a big pat on the neck, and said “Let’s go load up, Tuff. “ - ❤️his new family in Arkansas eagerly awaits his arrival tomorrow. -posted with permission from a great cowboy, Gene.

What would we do without GPS these days!? Just drive around in circles I guess 🤣😂 I often think about that going to these remote ranches with no cell service. I offer DOOR TO DOOR service so I can accomodate customers, and as a side benefit- can see people’s beautiful horse and cattle operations, meet fabulous new friends face to face, and see some of the best genetics in the breeding programs standing in barns and pastures across the USA.
