Established in 2003, Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle and Charter, is a locally owned and operated company.

Whidbey-SeaTac Shuttle is a locally owned and operated airport shuttle van service, serving all of Whidbey Island with transportation to Sea-Tac International Airport in SeaTac, Washington. We identified a strong need for fast, convenient and direct transportation service, as there was no other way to get to Sea-Tac International Airport in a timely manner similar to driving your own vehicle. We will offer increased frequency as the demand for our services increases.

Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle & Charter is looking for a dependable night owl to join our team as an Overnight Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative!
We've been proudly serving the community since 2003 with airport shuttle service, private charters, weddings, wine & ale tours, and more. We're locally owned, family-oriented, and we take care of our people.

What you'll be doing:
☎️ Taking calls and helping customers with reservations and inquiries
🚍 Dispatching drivers and keeping shuttle schedules running on time
🗂️ Managing records, reservations, and real-time logistics
🛣️ Supporting drivers with route coordination and on-the-fly problem solving

What we're looking for:
✅ Friendly, professional attitude — especially on the phone
✅ Someone who can multitask and stay sharp during overnight hours
✅ Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✅ Able to pass a DOT drug screening and background check
✅ Dispatch or customer service experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person!

🚐💙 SEAHAWKS PARADE TRANSPORTATION – THIS WEDNESDAY! 💙🚐

Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle & Charter is offering two easy ways to get to the Seahawks Celebration Parade in Seattle this Wednesday. Parade runs 11:00 AM–1:30 PM and it’s going to be wild!

OPTION 1: “Grandparent Fare” – $55/$57
Take our regular airporter shuttle down and back the same day.
Recommended departures from Oak Harbor: 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM.
Drop-off is at SeaTac Airport, then hop on Light Rail to downtown.

OPTION 2: The Seahawks Express – $40
One-day special! Direct ride to Seattle, 5 blocks from the parade route.
Departs 6:00 AM from Oak Harbor with stops along the island.
Reservation required. Pay by phone (credit) or cash on the bus.

• Oak Harbor – 6:00 AM
• Coupeville – 6:20 AM
• Freeland – 6:50 AM
• Clinton/Langley (Ken’s Korner) – 7:05 AM
• Ferry Terminal – 7:50 AM
• Seattle – 9:30/10:00 AM
• Parade starts – 11:00 AM

⚠️ SERVICE ALERT: FERRY CLOSURE IMPACTING SELECT MORNING RUNS

Dates Affected:
January 6, 8, 9, 13, 16
February 3, 4, 6, 9

Due to upcoming ferry closures, a small number of our morning southbound runs will be adjusted on the dates listed above.

Who Is Affected
Only passengers traveling to the airport between approximately 8:30 AM and 12 PM may be impacted.

If your reservation falls within this window, we will contact you directly by phone. If we cannot reach you, we will follow up by email.

If you are not traveling during this time frame, your shuttle is not affected and no action is needed.

What You Need to Know
Affected passengers south of Oak Harbor will have earlier pickup times at their selected stop to meet the shuttle in Oak Harbor, which will then travel across Deception pass and around the island to arrive at SeaTac on time.

Ongoing Updates

🚐 Service Announcement – December 6th & 7th 🚐

Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle & Charter will be holding an all‑hands safety standing meeting on Saturday, December 6th. As a result, shuttle service will be limited on December 6th and 7th.

📅 Schedule Adjustments

Saturday, December 6th (Whidbey Island → SeaTac):
• Last shuttle departs Oak Harbor at 9:00 AM, with pickups along the island.
• Arrival at SeaTac Airport scheduled for 12:00 Noon.
• No further departures from Whidbey Island until December 7th.

Saturday, December 6th (SeaTac → Whidbey Island):
• Last shuttle departs SeaTac at 1:30 PM.
• No further departures from SeaTac until December 7th.

Sunday, December 7th:
• Service resumes with the 7:30 AM departure from Oak Harbor to SeaTac.
• Departures from SeaTac resume at 12:00 Noon.
