Mountain Top Shuttles in the national news. We’re still here! Kitsuma shuttles are running weekly out of Foothills Watershed. Custom shuttles are available.

We’re hearing from the Blue Ridge Parkway about a possible reopening of our shuttle route in Fall 2026. I know that’s a long time.

We’ll be here ready to shuttle the newly rebuilt Full Heartbreak when the Parkway reopens so you can ‘get up to get down’!

A 26-mile stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway has reopened in western North Carolina - just in time for the busy fall season - marking a major milestone in the state’s recovery nearly one year after Hurricane Helene devastated much of the region.

Well, here we are. 2 years of construction and development, lost a pump track to Helene and then designed and built another one out of the floodplain… it’s been a journey to get here and we’re excited for the next phase.

We’ve been a bit quiet since Hurricane Helene. Just us being busy building a bike park in Old Fort… Foothills Watershed coming late May this year boasts 8 progressive trails, jump lines, pump track and a freaking pond!!!

Stay tuned as we unveil the project.

As to shuttles, we’re still running Kitsuma occasionally, but it’s looking like Heartbreak will be out until next Spring. Waiting for Hwy 80 and Blue Ridge Parkway to reopen!

Fresh climber trail at Foothills Watershed coming out of the Fun Bowl. I built with the CAT 306 because I wanted a wide climber where 2 people could ride side by side… but also because it was 🥶🥶 today😂
