This week is National Technician Appreciation Week — and at WTS, that means more than a thank-you.
Every load our drivers haul starts in the shop. Our technicians are the ones who make sure 80,000 pounds rolls out of the yard safe, road-ready, and reliable — pre-trip after pre-trip, inspection after inspection. They catch the small things before they become big ones.
There's a reason we've included our mechanics in safety meetings since 2003. They aren't "behind the scenes" to us. They're part of the team that's kept this family-owned company moving since 1952.
