From pick-up at home, rehabilitation centers or specialized care facilities to drop-off at appointment destinations, grocery stores or dental office we aim to meet your transportation needs as simply and seamlessly as possible. We fully believe that people with mobility problems should not have to worry about dependable and safe transportation. Our Ideal Candidates
We're looking for service-oriented professionals who love to be on the go, help others, and enjoy variety in their work. The most qualified candidates will have a background that demonstrates passion for service and helping others. This might include experience in personalized customer service, caring for others, coaching, teaching, etc. These candidates are excited at the prospect of helping others get where they're going, solving problems and going the extra mile to leave our patients with a positive experience that lasts long after their trips have ended. Key Responsibilities of Our Drivers
Ensure the safety and comfort of our patients while providing exceptional customer service.
You will be working in a Beautiful Life vehicle helping get patients into the van, properly strapped and safely and comfortable, taking them where they are scheduled to go in a timely manner.
You will participate in pre-trip briefings and in-trip responsibilities
Demonstrate the use of safety equipment and ensure safety requirements are met
Answer patients’ questions and provide assistance when necessary, particularly those with special needs
Reassure patients during the trips, such as when you experience delays.
What You'll Need - the Minimums:
Ability to work in the US
Be at least 25 years of age
A high school degree or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English fluently
Willingness to comply with our uniform and appearance guidelines, including tattoos and piercings.
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and comprehensive background check.
Ability to work in a physically demanding role which requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching and lifting (i.e., pushing/pulling wheelchairs), able to work in outdoor temperatures year around, lift over 50 pounds, and maneuver 150 pounds.
Willingness to adhere to a strict attendance and tardiness policy
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must have less than 3 points on your driving record and have no suspensions/revokes within the last 3 years.
Must have a smart phone that you can use for work.
Must be certified in First aid/CPR, Defensive Driving, and PASS prior to hire.
What You Need to Know:
Since Beautiful Life Transport operates day and evening and all year-round, Field Technicians must work a flexible schedule.
Prior to beginning work in the Field Technicians role, new hires must successfully complete training.

Information for Candidates: Uniform and Appearance Guidelines
The Driver uniform represents Beautiful Life's corporate image and identifies staffers to the public. It is the responsibility of each Driver to meet and maintain all uniform and image standards.
Beautiful Life covers the costs of uniform shirts for our Drivers. The employee is required to purchase the slacks or shorts.
Job Type: Full-time (overtime available)
Salary: $14 /hour plus bonus for Weekends and Holidays
