BerBer Transport provides safe and efficient transportation solutions to meet your district’s individual needs. BerBer Transport has been a transportation resources to school districts and the community for over 15 years. Berber is currently seeking CDL drivers to join their team.
The CDL Driver position is a 12-month part-time position. Drivers should be available between the hours Monday- Friday 7am – 4:30pm. The Driver position reports to the Operations Team Lead.
Essential Job Duties
- Safe operation of school vehicles
- Perform Pre/Post Trip Vehicle Inspections
- Assist Students in the loading and unloading process
Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Must have a NJ CDL License with P&S Endorsements
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must be available early mornings
- Be subject to a fingerprint & background check, drug screen & physical
Physical Requirements
- Be able to sit for up to 8 hours per day
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
