Jeremy and I are so excited to share that we’re launching a brand new service for customers visiting the Orlando area…The Magical Mailbox 📬 ✨ A little while ago, we asked what services you’d love to see that would make your vacations easier. We received so many thoughtful replies and great ideas. Some were services we could offer, and others unfortunately we couldn’t but one theme stood out to us more than anything else.

Time and time again customers told us they wanted to order items here in the US prior to their arrival but had no delivery address. Perhaps items that they needed for their stay that were cheaper to buy than rent or maybe those must have items that have limited availability that they need to secure prior to arrival

The Magical Mailbox allows you to ship items to us ahead of your vacation. We’ll securely store them and then deliver them to your resort or villa at a pre arranged date and time, giving you the peace of mind knowing your items will be there when you need them.

I stepped out of the office first thing to accompany Jeremy for our Osceola County permit renewal, officially securing our 2026 permit.

Being fully permitted and commercially insured is simply part of how we take care of our passengers and drivers — and how we make sure you can relax knowing you’re travelling with a fully licensed, legitimate company.

Private hire vehicles have to display their permits on the windshield, so you always know you’re in safe, compliant hands.
