To The Rescue is seeking a Human Services Sales Leader to help grow services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across the northwest Denver metro area.

This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on connecting with case managers, providers, and community organizations that support individuals with disabilities. Through networking, outreach events, and ongoing relationship building, you’ll help expand awareness of To The Rescue’s residential and day services while guiding new members through the intake process.

Success in this role comes from building trust, maintaining community presence, and proactively developing new referral relationships. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, working independently in the community, and helping connect individuals and families to meaningful services.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually.
Location: Jefferson, Broomfield and Boulder Counties, CO

Looking for a career where you make a difference and work with purpose?

To The Rescue is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our day program.

While at the facility, our consumers experience group discussions that are led and taught by the DSPs including group games, simple educational lessons (i.e. reading, writing, math, money skills, etc.), arts and crafts projects and living skills focused on increasing independence. Day program also offers outings including nature trips, museum visits, recreational activities, and volunteer opportunities.
