2018 Mercedes SUV, customer states audio system not working. Identified a failed circuit board in the amplifier and satellite tuner module. The tuner module was replaced with a used unit, due to a new unit being unavailable, and the amplifier module was replaced with a factory reman. System is now operational, vehicle was returned into service.

2012 Mini Cooper, customer states windows, interior, and exterior lights not working properly. Identified a failed footwell control module. New units were unavailable at the time of repair. Using our very reputable third party vendor, the unit was repaired, and corrupted software restored, saving the customer considerable expense.

2016 Fiat 500, intermittent no start and keyless access system issues. We identified a failing radio frequency hub module, along with some questionable repair efforts by a previous technician. Replaced module with an OEM part, programmed it to factory specifications including security protocols, and returned the vehicle into service.

2010 Ford Escape, customer states left directional will not shut off. After being at two other repair facilities, we were able to identify a failed Generic Electronics Module. Finding new units are no longer in production, we located a suitable used module, programmed it to factory specifications, and returned the vehicle back into service.

Customer complained of a check engine light on a newly acquired vehicle. Cause, the computer is looking for components that don’t exist. The “mechanic“ that appears to have recently installed a used engine failed to swap over optional equipment and the completely different wiring harness.
