A client of ours who lives on a steep hill required assistance with exiting their home, which included navigating 5 stairs. Our team ensured their safe passage out of the house and down the hill. When navigating a wheelchair down a steep slope, safety protocols dictate proceeding in reverse. Going forward can increase the risk of accidents. Ensuring safety is our top priority.

Imagine having to drop off a loved one who navigates through these hallways at a hospital or a doctor's office. It happens a lot; some older people in wheelchairs don't know where they are going when they get dropped off at the front door. We will take them right up to the room and stay with them until the appointment is complete when they require extra assistance. That's what separates us from the competition. I've built things this way because I believe it's better. When I first started this, I had a client who had a different place drop her off and they couldn't find the office, so that company took her back. Then she called me; I took her back to that building,stayed with her, and found the office. The little steps become big milestones. That's why I thought of doing it this way.Thats how I keep it very personal and small. People love it. MFT Transportation Services LLC.
