We don't just drive people to their appointments, we also assist our clients. As you all know, these hospitals and doctor's offices can be tricky to find when you're in a wheelchair. Doors don't open and ramps are slanted and hard to get down. Make sure that when you have a client in a wheelchair going down a ramp, going backwards makes it easier and doesn't scare them, keeping them safer so they don't fall off the wheelchair.
