As a contracted service provider to FedEx Ground, I have immediate openings for delivery drivers!!1
While experience is preferred, I am able to hire qualified candidates with no previous commercial driving experience. The position will be with Tandem Delivery, not a direct position with FedEx Ground.
I provide the truck, uniforms, and all needed equipment, such as a scanner for the packages and an iPad to use to route your day.
Paid training, and weekly pay. Health insurance benefits (including health, dental, and vision) with a company match of up to $100 per month available after 60 days, and a company 401-k program after 6 months.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening, along with random drug screenings after employment. All of these are paid for with no cost to the applicant or employee.
Starting pay is $135 per day as a training wage, moved to $140 per day once you start driving on your own. Incremental raises are given based on timely reviews of job performance.
While most of our packages are in the 20-50 pound range, we do have packages up to 150 pounds.
