22 tons per box

• Pay: 75/25 Split pay, paid weekly, with a 2-week hold. Average gross of $6,000-$14,000/week while averaging anywhere from 15-30 loads a week. This HEAVILY depends on the driver  and how the wells are running at the time. If you’re a good runner and are out there trying to get the loads, there is no reason you wouldn’t make good money with us! 

• Deductions: $250/week for the cargo liability insurance, $250-300/week for chassis rent depending on which chassis you have (driver is responsible for chassis maintenance), $50/week for Escrow which caps out at $3,000. Total of $550-600/week. If you get bobtail and physical damage through us then that will be another deduction. 

• Qualifications: must be 25 years of age or older, must have at least 2 years of driving experience, preferably 3 years (if you have between 2 and 3 years, you will be road tested before starting), must have a clean MVR/PSP, and your truck must pass inspection. 

• We are short-haul exempt and usually stay under a 150-mile radius, so we run time sheets, NO ELD’s. All wells/sand plants are in the east TX and Shreveport/Bossier area.

• Scheduling: Running 12-hour shifts, schedule is 6 days on and 1 day off a week. If this doesn't work for you, you could run a 3 weeks on/1 week off type of schedule. Off time has to be scheduled 2 weeks in advance to make sure trucks are running on the wells. 
We have 8 wells between 4 companies, including 1 dedicated well and possibly 2 for Another company if theres enough trucks. Plenty of work to go around, you just have to go out there and get the loads! Pneumatic and Flatbed opportunities as well, just let me know you are interested!
