The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) is a company sponsored retirement plan and trust similar to a 401(k) plan and trust, with important differences.

"ESOP eligibility” usually means the conditions you must meet before you can participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Requirements include:
*Must be an employee of KKW
*Must complete 1,000 hours -effective 4/1/2026
*Must be 18 years old
*Employees who are members of collective bargaining unit (labor unions) are excluded from participation

Congratulations to our youngest KKW associate at KKW Trucking, Inc., Jonah Moore who graduated high school! Most of us here have known him since he was in our Financial Controllers belly 18 years ago. Jonah started working in the shop at KKW, when he was 16 years old and to see him graduate and become an adult has been an amazing adventure!
