• Assisting passengers in wheelchairs (pushing & securement)
• Staying on schedule & communicating with dispatch

Rick’s AMT – Port Austin, MI (future Cass City office)

Rick’s AMT is a locally owned non-emergency medical transportation company serving the entire state of Michigan with professionalism, reliability, and care. Our Call Center Representatives play a key role in coordinating members, drivers, and daily transportation needs to keep operations running smoothly.

💼 The Role

You will be the primary point of contact for both members and drivers, handling trip scheduling, communication, problem-solving, and day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

This position will start in-office at our Port Austin location.
📍 We are planning a move to a new Cass City office in the coming months, with a hybrid schedule in the future.

⭐ What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Able to handle multiple priorities and problem-solve calmly
• Takes initiative and pride in doing things right
• Seeking a long-term opportunity, not a short-term role
