There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges. What you see is what you pay.



If you feel your chauffeur provided extraordinary service, you are always welcome to offer additional recognition at your discretion. Chauffeurs are never permitted to solicit gratuities.

Good evening, this is Brian from Delux. Over my 25 years here, I have had the privilege of working with and speaking to many of you, and I want to be transparent with you.

As of October 6, Delux was acquired by RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation. Peter and Andrea built an incredible company, and as we move into this next chapter, some changes were necessary. One of those changes was transitioning to RMA’s software and phone system. Unfortunately, the rollout has not gone as smoothly as we had hoped.

The transition has been more challenging than expected, and the issues we have experienced are not representative of the high standards that Delux, RMA, or I personally hold ourselves to. However, we are actively working through the problems and making significant progress every day.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work out the remaining hiccups. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to comment here, and I will do my best to answer. If I do not have the answer, I will make sure to connect you with someone who does.
