Meet Ally Jo Carlisle, who joined Contrans while attending college, working part-time on special projects and administrative initiatives before transitioning into a full-time Business Analyst role after graduation. Since then, Ally Jo has continued to advance her career within the organization and is now transitioning into a Project Manager role with the EPMO team.

As a participant in the Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA), Ally Jo is further developing her leadership skills while supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and collaborating with teams across the organization.

Her journey reflects the value of strong relationships, continuous learning, and embracing new opportunities. We're proud to highlight the people like Ally Jo who help keep Contrans moving forward!

Ronnell C. has been an integral part of the Contrans team for over three decades, beginning his journey as a flatbed driver in 1993. Based in Savannah, he not only excels as a driver but also serves as a Lead Trainer.

His decision to pursue a career in professional driving was influenced by the peace and independence the road offered, inspired by his brothers already in the industry. Ronnell's dedication to safety, instilled by his military service in the Army, is evident in his commitment to prayer before each journey and his vigilant awareness of his surroundings.

Despite the demands of the road, Ronnell finds joy in assisting others, whether it's aiding customers or lending a hand to senior citizens in his community. As a seasoned trainer for 20 years, Ronnell emphasizes the importance of punctuality and professionalism. His advice to fellow veterans transitioning into trucking underscores the significance of bringing military discipline and respect into the civilian world. Ronnell's enduring loyalty to Contrans and his passion for helping others exemplify the values that make him an invaluable member of the team.
