I don’t normally use our Phase One page for personal things, but every once in a while, something is bigger than business. Andrew “Chunks” was family to me long before Phase One ever existed. Almost 20 years after he was taken from us, his family is still waiting for answers. The trucking and construction world has given me the opportunity to connect with a whole lot of people across Arizona, and today I’m hoping that reach can be used for something that matters. Please take a minute to watch and share his story. You never know who may see it, what someone may remember, or where one share might lead. Almost 20 years is far too long without answers.

The destination matters. The customer matters. But every once in a while, it’s nice to appreciate the journey too. There’s something about the open road, good equipment, and watching Arizona roll by, that never gets old.

Miles to go, deadlines to meet, and equipment to move. But every now and then, Arizona reminds us why we love what we do.

Not all designs on a helmet are just for looks…
Some are the reason you keep going. And this one… this one hits different. For Mark Hurtado Madrid, every image on that helmet represents someone he loves, has lost, but everyone who still rides with him every single lap. These aren’t just memories… they’re pieces of him. The people who helped shape the man he is today, the ones who left their mark in a way that never fades. Many of those faces mean a lot to us too… which makes this even more than just a helmet. It’s a reminder that no matter how far you go, you never leave your people behind and you always carry them with you. This helmet is a gift to Mark from the entire Phase One Transportation crew. A small way to honor the love, the loss, and the legacy that drives him forward. We’re proud to stand behind a man who races with that kind of heart.
Phase One is family. Always. ❤️🤍🖤

*** Special Thank You to Collin Bender for the awesome job on the wrap! Definitely reach out if you’re in need!

In this industry, trucks and trailers matter… but the people behind the wheel matter even more.
Today we’re celebrating Jason’s 2-year anniversary with Phase One Transportation Services.
Jason has been with us through the early days of this company and has played a huge role in helping us build the reputation we have today. From early mornings to long hauls, he represents Phase One with professionalism, work ethic, and pride every single day.
Our customers trust us with their equipment, their schedules, and their jobs. And drivers like Jason are a huge reason why that trust exists.
Jason believed in Phase One early on, and we’re beyond proud to have him as part of the team that keeps this company moving forward.

Happy 2-Year Anniversary Jason.
