The City of Reading will host Mayor Eddie Moran’s annual Halloween on Penn block party on Thursday, October 29. The event will take place on the 600 block of Penn Street from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM. The following routes will detour:

Route 12 / Lincoln Park via Reading Hospital
Route 14 / Wernersville via Sinking Spring
Route 15 / Berkshire Mall
Route 16 / Broadcasting Square
Route 17 / Glenside
