By becoming a Community Van volunteer driver, you can use our van to drive your neighbors, friends, and family. You can also provide rides for people in need to support their independence. Recently, a group of riders traveled back in time with a visit to 19th-century Fort Nisqually in the community van! They also enjoyed the nearby Rose Garden and Owen Beach. The Hopelink Community Van was out in the community at the Pack the Park event in Lake Forest Park on May 9. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with people and share information about our volunteer program. We enjoyed speaking with over 25 community members and highlighting the impact of the Community Van service. We are proud to be part of the King County community and look forward to seeing you at future events.

The Seattle Seawolves have teamed up with King County Metro to spotlight the Community Van program- making it easier for teams, families, and community groups in Tukwila to travel together. This rugby season, the Seawolves are counting on Community Van to get to practices, games, and destinations across Puget Sound. And here’s the best part: residents in Tukwila and 9 other King County cities can use this same service, too!
