We’re approaching the finish line on the Arlington Avenue Bridges Project! 🌉

Construction remains on schedule for completion in early June as crews wrap up final improvements throughout the corridor, including:
✔️ Intersection work at Arlington Avenue and Island Avenue
✔️ New signage
✔️ Concrete and lighting installation
✔️ Trees and landscaping enhancements

📢 Construction on Pembroke Drive is coming this summer — and RTC Washoe wants to make sure your neighborhood is ready. Join us at a public information meeting to hear from the project team, see the plans and get your questions answered.

The project will widen Pembroke Drive from South McCarran Boulevard to Veterans Parkway, add a shared-use path, improve drainage and address floodplain issues. Construction is scheduled to begin summer 2026 with completion expected summer 2027.
