Hey everyone,

We want to take a minute to let you know about a change to our pricing. It’s not something we take lightly, and we know not everyone will be happy about it — but we feel it’s important to be honest and upfront with you.

Because of rising costs — especially for vehicle maintenance, health insurance for our drivers, and some recent law changes — we’re having to adjust our rates in order to keep things sustainable. Starting soon, our minimum charge will be $15 to start, and $4 per mile.

We know this might feel like a big jump for some people, and we get it. We’ve always tried to keep our rates as low as we can, but with the way things are going, this is what we need to do to stay in business and continue offering reliable service.

We also want to remind you that there are other options in the area, including River Falls Public Transit, as well as Uber and Lyft when they’re available. Some cities and counties offer transportation assistance too, so it’s worth checking with your local officials if you need help getting around.

We really appreciate your understanding — and even if you choose another ride, we truly thank you for supporting us in the past. To those who continue to ride with us, we promise to keep showing up on time, treating you with respect, and doing our best every day.
