Details: Seeking to add a few Contract Recruiters. This is a commission pay opportunity. The Contract Recruiter will be assigned a dedicated trucking company to recruit for. This trucking company is one of the largest in the industry. Earning potential is unlimited. This position is M-F 8-5. The recruiter must have a sales mentality and be self motivated. Must be able to deal with rejection and decline. Only 10-20% of the applicants recruited will be approved and hired. However commission for a single hire with this company is really good.

Requirements:
* Must be able to field (inbound & outbound) 40+ calls daily
* Must have good phone skills
* Must be able to multi-task
* Must have a Home Office setup (Phone, Email, Text, Internet, Computer)
* Must be able to commit Full Time

Drivers will start and stop their day at McCook, IL. 5 Day work week but optional to work 6th day for extra pay. 10-12 hour shifts per day. $1,205 weekly average pay. $62,655 yearly average pay. Regional Intermodal in Albert Lea, MN, operates back and forth between IA, IL, WI, and MN. All Freight is on Container/Chassis combination and No-Touch Freight.All Loads are 70% Drop-Hook and 30% Live Load/Unload Freights.Drivers will need to have 3 months of experience and a Hazmat Endorsement is required within 60 days of HIRE, will be reimbursed the cost once obtained. The Intermodal yard is located in McCook, IL 60625, all tractors will leave and return here daily. All drivers must have their own transportation to commute to and from the yard daily. Drivers work 5 days a week by schedule but can work an optional 6th day for extra pay. All tractors on this fleet are day cabs with manual transmission and Drivers must be legally licensed to operate. Upon hire, driver will spend up to 5 days with Trainer/Mentor at the daily salary of $150 after which will go solo and move to ring pay. A typical work shift will have multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop and hook freight. Expect to work a 10-12 hours per day with the average dispatch being a 50 mile radius from the rail ramp. Dispatches could be up to 300 miles round trip. Occasional customer or mechanical delays may require overnight stays. Currently recruiting for a 1st shift schedule (day shift) with scheduled days off being Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs. Days shift could have a start times anywhere from 7am to 11am.
