For the renovation and restoration of Hangar One at Moffett Federal Airfield, Detroit Tarpaulin & Repair Co. supplied custom industrial containment tarps to help crews safely complete blasting, coating, and structural restoration work on this historic landmark.

Originally built in 1933 for the USS Macon airship, Hangar One stands over 200 feet tall and covers 8 acres — making containment engineering just as important as the restoration itself.

Our heavy-duty containment systems helped:
