Here's some pics of the past 16 months on just the main level with two apartments with a second floor and a commercial space . We are nearing the end. Lenny Rice and myself have done 90 percent of the work.

I am putting my feelers out for a powersports mechanic in the near future and would like to talk to anybody who may be interested in this job. This person should be able to work alone and well with others. The rite person should be able to diagnose and repair atv, utv, and small engines on their own. This is going to be a new service shop to the area. Pay will be based on experience. Possible opportunity for someone to run this business. Looking to open doors in the Spring but could be sooner with the right candidate.
