Resident of St. Stephen, Waite Park, St. Joseph, Rice, Kimball, Eden Valley, Watkins, or Royalton

HOW TO REGISTER: Have documents ready for upload before beginning!
Register online by using the QR code above, or on our website https://www.ccstcloud.org/toysfortots.
Using a mobile device works best for uploading documents.
Uploaded images must be clear and complete, or the application will be delayed or disqualified.
Applicant must be a parent listed on the child’s birth certificate, or their legal guardian verified in court documents.
Parent/Legal Guardian must provide a valid government issued photo ID.
Address verification must be dated within the last 60 days and upload must show sender, recipient, and date.
Must provide a birth certificate for each registered child. TOY PICK-UP:
Approved applications will be emailed an Official Confirmation Notice with a pick-up date/time - check your junk mail!
Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to change pick-up times. You may send a representative to pick up your toys if you provide them with your Official Confirmation Notice.
Those arriving without the Official Confirmation Notice will not be able to pick up toys.
