JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

*Manage scheduled runs, unscheduled runs and schedule changes so that Chauffeurs arrive at their pick-up points on time.
*Locate and assign Chauffeurs, as needed, to cover unscheduled runs.
*Checking chauffeurs in and out on a daily basis
*Ensure drivers are doing paperwork.
*Handle multiple phone lines in a calm, effective and professional manner.
*Arrange with other limousine companies, as needed, to cover runs which cannot be covered with the available company staff.
*When speaking with clients and other businesses represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
*Document, in the system, specific problems with Chauffeurs or specific problems with clients and e-mail the appropriate manager.
*Document, on the pertinent form, specific problems with vehicles and forward these to the Fleet Manager.
*Learn common destinations in the geographic area served by the company and become familiar with routes and traffic patterns.
*Booking Reservations and assisting with sales and other office duty tasks.

*Clear speech on the phone
*Ability to handle multiple phone lines
*Polite manner
*High standard of personal presentation/appearance
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent telephone manner
*Customer service skills, patience and tact
the ability to be calm and well organized, even when working under pressure
*Ability to Multi task is a must
*IT skills; All booking and billing systems are operated through Santa Cruz computer software
*The ability to handle, credit/debit cards
*Secretarial and keyboard skills; you will need to be accurate and must be able pay attention to detail
*The ability to operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers
*Ability to speak with drivers in a professional manner while keeping it work related only
