COLTS (County of Lackawanna Transit System) COLTS was formed in 1972 to provide safe, affordable, and convenient public transportation in Lackawanna County.

COLTS Mission:
COLTS’ mission is to enhance mobility and economic well-being for the citizens of Lackawanna County through management of public transportation services that are affordable, efficient, equitable, reliable, safe, and environmentally friendly. We will continue to be fiscally responsible and to uphold our commitment to diversity. We will continue to build sustainable partnerships with

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Office Closure Notice

In honor of Memorial Day, COLTS administrative offices and our service will be closed tomorrow as we remember and pay tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Regular office hours and service schedules will resume on Tuesday.

🌧️🍌 Rain or shine — Banana Ball is still ON at PNC Field this weekend!

COLTS CrowdMover service will continue to operate on its regular schedule to help fans get to the game safely and avoid traffic and parking headaches.

🚌 Service begins at the Lackawanna Transit Center starting at 2:30 PM and runs every hour through Southside directly to PNC Field.

💲 Only $1.75 each way
🔁 $3.50 round trip
