It’s almost that time of year when people start making those New Year resolutions. Honestly we don’t do that but instead I create a vision board- obviously I am a visual learner- to keep us on track. We had eight items on our 2025 board. Two did not serve our needs, five were completed and one was not. That’s an 87% for the year- a solid B. We will take that!
We also had some great surprises in December that we were not expecting and were not on our board, but we were open to change and are excited to see them flow into 2026. Will you change anything in 2026?

Make sure the company you hire is fully legal or your load may be held up if the driver is put “out of service” for violations.
