This unit has a lot going for it… The cost of purchasing just the materials in this unit would probably come pretty close to the price. We’re selling it for, alone. I’m a retired home renovation contractor. My nephew, and I took i as t on as a fun project… We’ve put hundreds of hours into renovating this unit.
It’s unique and well made. This unit was designed to last a long time. The quality of the materials and the build really set it apart from these other prefab import homes… when you see the unit, you will see the difference!
I feel this should have been made into a completely off grid unit… It was halfway completed as such when we received it. Easily modified to accept solar. With satellite Internet,could be a totally autonomous off grid home with remote monitoring and operation. If you would like it as such, we can do for additional cost.
If you’re a tech/builder, this could be an awesome high end-off grid shelter project… This type of unit sell for twice this price…
As an ADU it could be installed and producing ROI quickly
