NOW HIRING: Dispatch / Operations Office Assistant position begins Early June

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and tech-savvy Administrative / Operations Office Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is willing to learn all aspects of office operations to support the team wherever needed. The ideal candidate will be trained in both operations and dispatch, as it is often necessary for this role to support both areas.
Schedule:
Four days/ weekly 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Must be available to assist via phone during evenings and weekends as needed for dispatch support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations
Handle invoicing and account statements
Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets as this info gets shared with the whole team
Maintain and manage all DOT compliance data
Track, monitor, and notify drivers of upcoming and pending expiration dates
Organize, input, and file all driver paperwork
Prepare and process documentation for billing
Process driver pay accurately and on schedule
Support dispatching needs when required
Maintain a clean, organized office environment
Order and manage office supplies
Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
Strong computer and technology skills (Google Sheets proficiency required)
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, responsive, and willing to learn all positions within the office
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
Bonus (Not Required):
Knowledge of DOT compliance and the trucking industry
