🚑🇺🇸 Happy National First Responders Day! 🇺🇸🚑

Today, we recognize and thank the incredible men and women who answer the call to serve their communities. From EMS professionals and firefighters to law enforcement officers, dispatchers, and all those who step up in times of need, your dedication, courage, and commitment make a difference every single day.

At Badgerland EMS, we are especially proud to recognize our hardworking EMS professionals who dedicate their time, knowledge, and compassion to caring for others. Whether responding to emergencies, providing critical care, or safely transporting patients to the next level of care, our team shows up ready to serve—often working long hours, missing time with family, and putting others’ needs before their own.

To our Badgerland EMS team, thank you for the long shifts, the sacrifices, the teamwork, and the heart you bring to this profession. We are proud of the work you do and grateful for the difference you make in the lives of those we serve.

To every first responder, thank you for answering the call. Your service matters, your sacrifices do not go unnoticed, and your dedication strengthens our communities.

🎉Happy 2nd Anniversary!🎉

What better way to mark this milestone than by investing in excellence through training? Our team focused on suspension trauma response—practicing the critical steps of safely lowering a patient to the ground, conducting thorough assessment and treatment, and remaining vigilant for signs of reflow syndrome.

We are privileged to work alongside an outstanding group of pre-hospital providers who consistently prepare with dedication and professionalism for every challenge that arises. As we look ahead to Year 3, we are energized by the opportunities before us—the best is truly yet to come!

We’re excited to recognize Critical Care Paramedic and co-owner John Krause (right side of the picture) for successfully completing the first year of the Medical Transport Leadership Institute (MTLI)!

In keeping with Badgerland EMS’s commitment to excellence, this program gave John the opportunity to learn from respected industry leaders on topics including leadership, professionalism, and key elements of the pre-hospital care system. He also had the valuable chance to network with local EMS providers, which helps strengthen collaboration across services in western Wisconsin.

Congratulations, John!
