Woodruffs is looking for 3 new drivers located in the Springfield OH/ Dayton OH area to run regional freight (primarily within 500 miles of Springfield) with a mixture of home daily runs as well. What to expect:
- Competitive pay scale

Hi everyone,
Woodruffs is looking to hire for a lead position in our warehouse. This is an office position that pertains to coordinating inbound/ outbound freight, working with carriers and customers, as well as keeping work organized and flowing to the men on the floor. This position requires a good work ethic, customer service skills as well as the ability to multi task to a degree. We have very little turnover in this area, which has created a great working atmosphere with a great sense of comradery. The position will come with opportunity for progression as well as profit sharing capability after the first year. HOME DAILY
Hey folks, Woodruffs is looking to add to the team. We've acquired a new lane that is going to be starting in the middle of January/ early February making 2 trips a day from Springfield to Zanesville OH. It is drop and hook on both ends and the first load leaves Springfield between 2-3am on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur and Sat. We currently have 2 drivers doing this and it's almost exactly 10 hr days. This individual must be dependable and good with people and equipment. Requirements include valid CDL A, clean MVR, at least 6 months experience and 23 years of age. For those of you that really like to get out and stretch your legs, Woodruffs is starting to build on our long haul side of the business and we're looking for a few GOOD drivers who would be interested in running across I-40 and I-80 to the West coast and back on a dedicated basis. We've got a few customers who are asking for us to get involved in this portion of their business. The expectation would be 2 turns a month.
