Most of you have never have tried driving for a living. Or maybe you've driven buses, big rigs, shuttles, rideshare or something else but the scheduling, the percentage of your money companies take, etc. hasn't worked out for you.
Give us a try. At Laclede, you can drive one of our sedans, vans or SUVs and pick up customers who place orders with us OR you can pick up your own clientele. See, drivers here work where they want, when they want. And because you'll be an independent contractor, we don't issue paychecks. You'll lease the cab, but your customers pay you - every time you drive them somewhere, so every day is payday.
For those of you that are pretty good with tech - apps, maps, etc. - you might find our system especially appealing.
You get free training here, then you keep the cab 24/7 and with our Dispatch and customer base always at your disposal - with our insurance. And because we're local, we provide real administrative support with free vehicle maintenance and more.
Drivers are in demand all over. We know that. So we offer real, lasting incentives but we begin right away: How about a discounted lease for the first two weeks? That's standard now. You even get monetary rewards at Laclede just for driving safely - your first one as fast as 21 days. We have monthly drawings AND you earn referral rewards for new drivers you bring on board, too.
There's more, but you want specifics so tap "Apply". Our GM will contact you to schedule an interview where you can discuss the job, the training, the short-term lease costs, what kind of vehicles we have, etc. and get all your questions answered. Your no pressure, one-on-one time - to ask whatever you want with no pressure.
You don't even need a Class E license to drive a cab. A standard Missouri Class F works. And if you live in IL and have an IL license, that works, too.
If you have questions, tap "APPLY" to contact us, then set up an appointment to speak to our General Manager.
Remember, race, ethnicity, country of origin, religious preference, gender ID, sexual orientation, education, etc. make no difference to us nor should they. Our fleet is diverse, and we're proud of it!
