At 360 Care + Transport, we’ve always considered ourselves industry disrupters, but last week, Debbie Newman and Stephen Newman took a week’s vacation in Hawaii and quite literally, the islands haven’t been the same since. In the week since they returned home, Hawaii has had a 6.0 earthquake and another volcanic eruption! We knew 360 Quality Care and Transport was disrupting the industry, but just maybe our reach is even further than we thought!

Please join us in welcoming Brian Eschen to Team 360 in his new role as General Manager.

At 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, we often say that our work is about more than transportation—it’s about people, purpose, and making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Brian joins us at an exciting time as we continue building on a culture where employees don’t just come to work, they See the Impact of what they do every day.

In his role, Brian will help lead and strengthen the people, processes, and operations that support our commitment to quality, accountability, and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and healthcare partners.

As we continue celebrating 10 years at 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, we’ve been reflecting on the people behind the scenes who help make the journey possible every day.
For many of our regular clients, our dispatchers are more than voices on the phone—they’re familiar names and trusted relationships.

While technology continues to improve how healthcare transportation operates, we’ve always believed that people matter most. That’s why we maintain live dispatch support, ensuring our clients, families, and partners can always connect with a real person when they need to.

Over the last decade, we’ve learned something important:
Transportation is about more than moving people. It’s about building trust.

Thank you to our dispatch team for being part of Team 360 and helping elevate the journey of care.

As we look forward to enjoying a long weekend with family and friends, Memorial Day gives us an opportunity to pause and remember why the day exists in the first place.

It is a time to honor those who gave everything in service to our nation—and to reflect on the sacrifices that created the freedoms and opportunities we often take for granted.

This Memorial Day weekend, may we take a moment not only to enjoy the time we have, but to remember those who made it possible.

We remember. We honor. We are grateful.

We get a lot of questions every day:

"Do you provide stretcher transportation?"
"How far do you travel?"
"Are your drivers medically trained?"
"What makes 360 different?"

The truth is that transportation is more than simply getting someone from Point A to Point B.

Safety, reliability, accountability, and the patient experience matter.

We put together a Frequently Asked Questions page to help patients, families, hospitals, and healthcare partners better understand how 360 operates and what sets us apart.

What an incredible week in Indiana.

From learning how one idea led to the first electric wheelchair… to seeing how today’s innovations are shaping the future of mobility… to watching Indy 500 teams make split-second adjustments for peak performance—it all came together in a way that’s hard to describe.

But one lesson stood out:

The smallest details matter.

In our world, those details mean safer transports, better coordination, and making sure patients get where they need to go—on time, every time.

It’s a reminder that what we do every day is part of something much bigger.

Take a minute to read the full story:

From the birthplace of modern mobility innovation to the precision of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, this week in Indiana offered a powerful reminder: progress in transportation for the mobility challenged has always been driven by resilience, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to getting th...
