Starting January 5, 2025, vehicles entering the Congestion Relief Zone in Manhattan — local streets and avenues at or below 60 Street — will be charged a toll.

It’s time for a city that moves faster, breathes easier, and works better. Congestion Pricing will dramatically reduce traffic in the Congestion Relief Zone, transforming the area from gridlocked to unlocked. Less traffic means cleaner air, safer streets, and better transit.

It was a Tall order, but Starbucks has finally arrived at T4 in Concourse B near gate B27 and is already brewing up a buzz! We are percolating with excitement to deliver this news, as we've received a latte requests for this on social media.

The newly opened Starbucks pays homage to the borough’s rugged industrial past featuring brick bookending the storefront and framing the store, and art designed by Brooklyn-based artist Misha Tyutyunik that connects this universally loved coffee brand with a unique local atmosphere.

Stay tuned for more updates and upgrades to T4’s curated collection of food & beverage and retail offerings in the coming months as the transformation of our terminal continues!

Starting tomorrow 6/26, for-hire vehicle pickups (e.g. Uber/Lyft) for arriving passengers at John F. Kennedy International Airport - JFK Terminal 4 will be relocated to a remote pick-up lot during peak hours of noon to 2am.

Free shuttle buses will run every 1-2 minutes from the terminal frontage. Taxis will be available on the terminal frontage at all hours.
