Please join us in congratulating Ed P. on being named DMT Trucking's June 2026 Driver of the Month! 🎉

Ed has been a part of the DMT team since 2018 and runs out of our Starke terminal under Driver Manager Tammy G. During his time with DMT, he has built an impressive record of professionalism and safe operation, including reaching the milestone of 500,000 safe driving miles.

Family plays an important role in Ed's life. He has been married to his wife, Daneen, for more than 24 years, and together they have two daughters. Their oldest daughter is a junior in college, and their youngest recently graduated from high school.

In his free time, Ed enjoys being out on the water with his family, whether that's cruising along the St. Johns River or spending time at the lake in Salt Springs, Florida.

We were proud to celebrate DMT's 2025 Driver of the Year, Jorge G., recently in Starke, Florida!

Jorge runs out of our Starke terminal and works closely with Driver Manager Justin M. Since joining the team in 2024, he has quickly established himself as one of DMT's top performers through his professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.

Earning Driver of the Year is no small accomplishment. It requires an exceptional safety record, consistent performance, reliability, and a dedication to doing the job the right way every day. Jorge embodies all of these qualities and more.

His dedication to safety, service, and teamwork makes him a tremendous asset to the DMT team and a deserving recipient of this year's Driver of the Year award.

By sending in photos before hitting the road, drivers and contractors give our Safety Team the opportunity to identify and address potential issues before they become violations, delays, or costly mistakes.

We are glad we had the opportunity to celebrate DMT’s 2025 Contractor of the Year, Chip L., recently in Camden!

Chip runs out of the Camden terminal and works closely with Driver Manager Larry H. Since joining the team in January 2024, he has made an immediate impact through his consistency, productivity, and strong work ethic.

With more than 20 years in the trucking industry, Chip has built a reputation for reliability and a willingness to step up when the job needs to get done. He regularly takes on available loads and often stays out a couple of weekends each month, helping drive strong results for both himself and the team. His performance was highlighted early on by earning top revenue in January.

Beyond the numbers, Chip represents what it means to be a true professional on the road, showing pride in every load and dedication in everything he does.
