During World Alzheimer's Month, we want families walking through this journey to know they are not alone.

This month our Care Corner is focused on understanding, compassion and supporting those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
Behavior is communication. There may be pain, confusion, fear or exhaustion or another unmet need behind it.

Our team believes in approaching every person with patience, dignity, kindness and compassion-especially in those moments when care becomes difficult.

During World Alzheimer's Month, may we continue learning so we can better understand the world through their eyes.

Hello Monday!
Hello new week.....
A new week is a fresh opportunity to make a difference, show extra kindness and remind someone they are cared for.

At Houck Family Services, we are beginning this Monday with a grateful heart-thankful for our wonderful clients, their families and the incredible caregivers that make what we do possible.
